At an early age, I learned the value of a good handshake, eye contact, and a smile. My next step was learning to draw and how to use a computer. With those tools in my pocket, I’ve had a wonderful career in graphic design and customer success. Mango Languages took me into the library industry and introduced me to ODILO, where I first worked as a freelance, helping ODILO’s brand and look in the US.
I’m pleased to take the next step with ODILO as their Customer Success Manager. I answer to Emily, Em, E, or just plain “Help!” My belief is that customer happiness starts with a friendly hello! When I’m not training people on our platform, answering important questions, designing, or reading the latest Mary Roach book, you can find me flying through the air on a trapeze or hanging out with my Honey Bees (or my husband, Dobermans, and cat).
